Contact Help Center was formed in 2008 to originally better serve the parent companies technical support needs. In addition, Lingo Networks was able to hire local people that actually spoke the native language in Virginia. Currently, Contact Help Center takes calls for four companies and makes outbound calls for the United States Prayer Caucus. 

Lingo's Call Center's are located in two locations to better serve you. One is located in the heart of downtown Staunton and the other is located in the community center in Deerfield, Va. Each agent is put through rigorous training learning in depth as many as twenty different systems, applications, and programs. In addition, the call center has become your ultimate billing solution with all billing now performed in house.
